Our System.

The Republic is itself a piece of public infrastructure. Inspect how it works, then propose how it could work better.

How it works

Six interlocking parts.

Each part can be improved, replaced, or removed by the people. Nothing in this system is sacred — except that the people remain sovereign over it.

Constitution
Bedrock

Sets the inviolable rules. Amendable only by a 75% supermajority of participating citizens.

Metrics
Truth layer

Live national indicators drawn from democratically ratified data sources — the shared ground truth.

Targets
Direction

Measurable national goals the people commit to. Reviewed and re-voted annually.

Debate
Deliberation

Every citizen may propose, argue and rebut. Deliberation precedes legislation in every chamber.

Modelling
Foresight

Each policy carries a published model of its projected impact on the metrics before it is voted on.

Simulation
Whole-system view

The full bank of policies simulated over the time horizon — are we pulling toward our targets?

Improve the system

Citizens' proposals.

Suggest changes to the machinery of the Republic — its voting rules, its deliberation tools, its data sources. The most upvoted proposals are taken to the next constitutional review.
